How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on where you want your order to be sent to, what you are ordering, and how much you order. This is calculated at the checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
Fruit is dispatched on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
To ensure your fruit is included in the next courier run, please place your order by 1:00pm the day before.
Can you send items to rural addresses?
We can send fresh fruit to rural addresses; however, we recommend that you have your fruit sent to an urban address if possible.
FAQs - Pickup
Orders can be picked up from our orchard on Tuesday - Friday. Choose the pickup option at the checkout of our online store. You will also be asked to specify a half-hour time slot during which you intend to pick up your purchase.

Pickup is free!!

The Orchard’s address is: 5221 Kurow-Duntroon Road, North Otago, New Zealand.
When can I pick up my order?
Your order can be picked up from the Orchard from 1:30pm – 6:00pm on Tuesday – Friday.
