How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on where you want your order to be sent to, what you are ordering, and how much you order. This is calculated at the checkout.

When will my order be dispatched?

Fruit is dispatched on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Please ensure that your order is placed by 1:00pm the day prior to dispatch for dispatch on our next dispatch day.

Can you send frozen products to me?

Unfortunately, we cannot send frozen products to residential addresses. However, frozen products can be picked up.

Can you send items to rural addresses?

Because we use third-party delivery companies and cannot guarantee arrival dates, we do not send fruit tarts to rural addresses.

We can send fresh fruit to rural addresses; however, we recommend that you have your fruit sent to an urban address if possible.

We are able to send our full range of jam and gift boxes to rural addresses.
